Most of the companies likes to display their company logo on the home screen of E-business suite. This can be done simply by replacing the standard one with the custom logo using the below steps.
1. cp manthri.jpg $OA_MEDIA/
2. Navigate System Administrator -->Profile --> System
3. open profile 'Corporate Branding Image for Oracle Applications' and provide the value as "manthri.jpg" and then save the value.
4. Log out and login back to application. Now you can see the custom logo now.
Here for an example I used custom logo name as manthri.jpg
